Vir Hirani कौन हैं? 'Short Circuit' से OTT डेब्यू तक, Rajkumar Hirani के बेटे की पूरी कहानी

Bollywood में star kids का debut एक formula होता है। बड़ा production house, A-list co-star, massive PR campaign और फिर एक grand launch। लेकिन Vir Hirani ने यह सब reject कर दिया। Rajkumar Hirani Munna Bhai, 3 Idiots, PK, Sanju वाले — उनके बेटे ने debut किया एक OTT show से। कोई grand Bollywood launch नहीं। कोई Dharma नहीं। बस एक अच्छी कहानी और मेहनत।

2003 का वो Moment जब Short Circuit पैदा हुआ

अगर आपने Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. देखी है तो climax scene याद होगा।

Circuit अपने बेटे के साथ खड़ा है एक छोटा बच्चा, exactly Circuit जैसे कपड़े पहने, Arshad Warsi की गोद में बैठा। वो बच्चा था Vir Hirani उस वक्त सिर्फ 3-4 साल का।

और अब 24 साल बाद वही Vir, उसी Arshad Warsi के साथ, screen share कर रहा है। इस बार एक full-fledged actor के रूप में।

Arshad ने behind-the-scenes video share करते हुए लिखा “Short Circuit kaafi tall ho gaya hai।”

Vir का जवाब था “24 years later… full circle. Love you Arshad sir।”

यह moment बहुत लोगों ने share किया क्योंकि यह सच में dil chhu lene wala था।

Star Kid जिसने खुद का रास्ता चुना

Vir की journey उनके पिता के नाम से कहीं ज़्यादा interesting है।

सिर्फ 14 साल की उम्र में Vir ने एक short film direct की “Return Gift” जिसे internationally recognize किया गया। एक 14 साल के बच्चे की film को global recognition यह छोटी बात नहीं।

उसके बाद उन्होंने formal acting training ली। Theatre किया। Craft को seriously लिया।

Dharma का दरवाज़ा खटखटा सकते थे। Yash Raj से launch ले सकते थे। लेकिन उन्होंने वो नहीं किया। अपनी शर्तों पर आए।

Pritam and Pedro -Vir का असली Debut

3 जुलाई 2026 को Pritam and Pedro JioHotstar पर release हुई।

यह एक cybercrime comedy-drama है जिसे direct किया है Avinash Arun ने। Rajkumar Hirani ने produce किया।

Vir इसमें हैं Pritam Parker के role में एक young hacker जो एक unusual adventure में फंस जाता है।

Cast देखो Arshad Warsi, Vikrant Massey, Boman Irani, Mona Singh। इतने बड़े actors के साथ debut और Vir ने अपनी जगह बनाई।

Critics ने कहा Vir की performance standout है। एक reviewer ने लिखा “A star in the making with incredible work ahead।”

हालांकि कुछ critics ने show की writing पर सवाल उठाए लेकिन Vir की acting की सभी ने तारीफ की।

Aamir Khan का Emotional Message

Vir के debut पर Aamir Khan ने social media पर लिखा

“Vir is like my son। Today is a very emotional and special day for me। I’ve seen him grow up over the years — and it’s incredibly fulfilling to watch him step into this new phase।”

और सबसे interesting बात? यह message Aamir ने उसी दिन share किया जिस दिन उनकी खुद की शादी थी Gauri Spratt से। अपनी शादी के दिन भी Vir को याद किया यही रिश्ता बताता है कि Vir Hirani सिर्फ एक star kid नहीं हैं।

आगे क्या है Vir के लिए?

OTT debut के बाद अब Vir अपनी पहली theatrical film की तैयारी में हैं।

Lagan Laagii Re एक small-town romantic drama जिसे Hansal Mehta produce कर रहे हैं। यह 2026 में ही release होने की उम्मीद है।

OTT से शुरू, theatres की तरफ बढ़ रहे हैं अपने pace पर, अपने तरीके से।

Bollywood में बहुत star kids आते हैं कुछ चमकते हैं, कुछ fade हो जाते हैं। लेकिन जो genuinely अपने craft को लेकर serious होते हैं वो टिकते हैं।

Vir Hirani उस category में लगते हैं।

Fans का Reaction Social Media पर क्या कह रहे हैं?

Pritam and Pedro release होने के बाद social media पर Vir के बारे में बातें हो रही हैं।

कुछ लोग कह रहे हैं “Rajkumar Hirani ka beta hai toh acting toh achhi hogi hi।” लेकिन जिन्होंने show देखा वो कह रहे हैं कि Vir ने genuinely impress किया।

एक fan ने लिखा “Yeh sirf nepotism ka angle nahi hai Vir ne actually kaam kiya hai। Theatre background hai, training ha screen par dikh raha hai।”

Arshad Warsi ने trailer launch पर कहा था “Vir is like a son to me। He was a baby who was pushed into taking a photo with me। Never thought this kid and I would be working together it’s a wonderful, warm feeling।”
